Website and Programme Terms
Effective: 4 September 2026
1. Provider and scope
Uman Solutions is the public-facing brand operated by Uman Solutions LLP. The Workplace-Ready HR Generalist Program is offered by Uman Solutions LLP. These terms apply to use of this website and to enrolment in the programme. Programme-specific information supplied in a written enrolment confirmation forms part of the learner’s agreement with Uman Solutions LLP.
2. Educational purpose
The programme provides practical professional training in Human Resources. It is not a university degree, statutory licence, government qualification, legal opinion or promise of employment. Examples involving compliance are educational and do not replace current professional or legal advice.
3. Delivery and schedule
The programme is delivered through scheduled live online batches and ordinarily runs for approximately 11 weeks. It includes 32 scheduled sessions of 90 minutes and a two-hour final capstone and closure session, for 50 live programme hours. Batch days and timings may vary and are confirmed in writing before enrolment. Confirmed learners receive the detailed calendar, assessment dates, onboarding information and any holiday adjustments before or during onboarding.
4. Recordings and technology
Recordings are not provided. Learners are responsible for a suitable device, stable internet connection and access to the communication and learning tools specified for the batch. Technical problems on a learner’s side do not automatically create a right to a refund or an attendance waiver.
5. Attendance
A minimum of 90% attendance is required for programme completion and certificate eligibility. Learners are responsible for joining on time and informing the trainer or programme coordinator when an unavoidable absence occurs.
6. Assignments
Four assignments are issued, one after each module. Unless an assignment states another deadline, it must normally be submitted within seven calendar days. It may be submitted up to three calendar days late. After that period, it will be accepted only when an extension has been approved by the trainer or programme coordinator. Repeated late submission or failure to submit required work may affect programme completion and certificate eligibility.
7. Assignment correction and resubmission
If an assignment does not meet the required standard, the learner may be given one opportunity to correct identified gaps and resubmit after receiving feedback. A regular assignment must be resubmitted within five calendar days; a capstone correction must be resubmitted within seven calendar days. Resubmission cannot be used only to improve work that has already met the required standard.
8. Assessments, passing score and retests
Learners must complete four module assessments and the mandatory capstone assessment. The minimum passing score is 70% in each required assessment. A learner who does not pass on the first attempt may receive up to two retest opportunities. Each retest must be completed within seven calendar days of the relevant result. Failure to complete or pass a required assessment within the permitted attempts may make the learner ineligible for the completion certificate.
9. Completion certificate
A completion certificate carrying the Uman Solutions brand is issued only when the learner meets all applicable requirements: at least 90% attendance, completion of all four module assignments, a minimum 70% score in each of the four module assessments, and successful completion of the mandatory capstone assessment within the permitted attempts.
10. Career preparation support
Resume-building guidance, LinkedIn profile guidance and mock interviews are included. Uman Solutions LLP does not guarantee a job, internship, referral, interview, placement, salary level or employment outcome.
11. Programme fee
The current introductory programme fee is ₹8,999. This introductory price is available for a limited period and may be revised for future batches. After availability is confirmed, a learner enrolling more than seven calendar days before the first live session may pay a non-refundable ₹1,000 booking amount, which is included in the total fee and provisionally reserves a place. The remaining ₹7,999 must be paid no later than seven calendar days before the first live session. A learner enrolling within seven calendar days must pay the complete ₹8,999 at enrolment. A learner may also choose to pay the full amount earlier. Instalment payments are not currently available. Admission is fully confirmed only after the complete programme fee has been received. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, the place may be released and the booking amount will not be refunded. Payment instructions are shared privately after batch availability is confirmed.
12. Learner withdrawal and non-attendance
If a learner voluntarily withdraws after enrolment confirmation, the booking amount and any other amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non-attendance, discontinuation, personal schedule conflicts or failure to complete programme requirements do not create a right to a refund.
13. Cancellation or material rescheduling by Uman Solutions LLP
If Uman Solutions LLP cancels the batch, the learner may choose a full refund of programme fees paid or transfer to another available batch. If the programme is materially rescheduled and the revised arrangement is not reasonably suitable, Uman Solutions LLP will offer an appropriate transfer or refund option. Duplicate or excess payments will be refunded.
14. Communication and extensions
The programme WhatsApp group is used for announcements, schedules and general questions. Requests involving extensions or personal circumstances must be sent privately to the trainer or programme coordinator. An extension is valid only when it has been approved.
15. Learner conduct
Learners must communicate respectfully, participate honestly, avoid disruption and follow reasonable instructions intended to protect the learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, impersonation, unauthorised sharing of material or deliberate misuse of confidential information may lead to removal from the programme after proportionate review.
16. Intellectual property and recordings
Programme materials, templates, session content and original resources remain the intellectual property of Uman Solutions LLP or the identified rights holder. Learners may use provided materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, record or share sessions or materials without written permission.
17. Responsible use of AI and information
Learners must not upload confidential, personal or sensitive information from real people or organisations into public AI tools. AI-generated material must be checked for accuracy, bias, fairness, relevance and confidentiality. The learner remains responsible for submitted work and must disclose AI assistance when instructed.
18. Changes and exceptional circumstances
Uman Solutions LLP may make reasonable adjustments to trainers, topics, activities, tools or the detailed calendar when necessary to maintain programme quality or respond to events outside reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners.
19. Website accuracy and external links
We aim to keep website information accurate, but minor errors or updates may occur. Enrolment details confirmed directly by Uman Solutions LLP take precedence over outdated website text. External services such as LinkedIn operate under their own terms.
20. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the competent jurisdiction determined under applicable law. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@umansolution.com.
